Recovery Groups

Recovery from sex and porn addiction is difficult in isolation. I once heard someone say “we are hurt in community so we must be healed in community.” It often is the last thing a man struggling with sexual addiction wants to do but often times the most impactful. Group therapy provides a structured space where men can break secrecy, reduce shame, and experience accountability with others who understand the struggle.

In recovery group, members process triggers, relapse patterns, relationship challenges, and the emotional wounds that often drive compulsive sexual behavior. Group also provides real-time feedback, support, and connection—helping members challenge distorted thinking, practice vulnerability, and build healthier relational patterns.

Recovery group helps men:

  • Break isolation and secrecy

  • Reduce shame through shared experience

  • Gain accountability and support

  • Process triggers and relapse patterns

  • Develop healthier coping and relationship skills

  • Build long-term recovery with community

Healing often accelerates when recovery happens in relationship with others. Group therapy offers the connection, honesty, and accountability many men need for lasting change.

*I'm currently building interest for a men's recovery group. Once enough participants are enrolled, the group will begin. If you're interested, I'd love to hear from you.
